72 Travel Agents Attend the 2010 MTF

A total of 72 corporate travel agencies and 34 foreign companies in domestic travel agencies will follow the Majapahit Travel Fair (MTF) in 2010 which was held in East Java Tourism Office, Wednesday (05/19/2010) in Surabaya. This event is targeted to be able to garner in the field of tourism transactions valued at Rp 23 billion.

"Last year, the event MTF capable of producing transaction valued at USD $ 19, 8 billion and this year is targeted worth Rp 23 billion. On this occasion, the packages will be offered a tour in East Java at a travel agency entrepreneurs," said Head of Culture and Tourism Java, Djoni Irianto, Tuesday (05/18/2010) in Surabaya.

According Djoni, entrepreneurs overseas travel agents who will be involved in this event come from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, and Australia. They will be offered a mainstay of tourism packages in Java, among others, Mount Bromo, East Java, religious tourism, and Information Center of Majapahit.
